Job Description
Applications are invited for the engagement of three consultants/ One Senior Consultant (purely on contractual basis) in Public Information Unit (PIU), initially for a period of six months and extendable further as per the requirement of the university.
1. Public Information Unit of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) proposes to appoint consultants at its Headquarters, Maidan Garhi for a period of two years extendable every six months.

Essential Qualification and Experience: Must have a PG degree in Management (MBA preferably in Marketing) with 55% & above Should have at least 5 years of experience in organizing Educational Conferences/Events/Meet at National and International Level or in Electronic Media/Social Media and Media Management /Open & Distance Learning Student Support in ODL System.
Desirable: Working knowledge of computers with content writing skills for press releases and ads, Media relations in print & digital publications, & electronic channels, working experience in distance education institutions preferred.
