Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) invites application for the position Admin Associate
1. Position: Admin. Associates
2. Remuneration: Rs. 20,300/- (including Rs.300/- towards telephone allowance)
3. Qualification and Experience:
(i) Post-Graduation/ MBA with minimum two years of relevant experience in office administration. OR
(ii) Graduation with minimum three years of relevant experience in office administration.
(iii) In addition, the candidates should also have:
(a) Excellent command over MS Excel or any other spreadsheet program and MS Word
(b) Good Communication skills in English (Both written and verbal)
(c) Knowledge in drafting and letter writing
4. Job Profile:
(i) Compilation, updation and management of alumni data of the Institute.
(ii) Managing the day to day administrative operation of the office with minimal supervision.
(iii) Document management and correspondences with Stake holders- internal and external.
(iv) Responsible for confidential and time sensitive Material.
(v) Interacting with students and alumni.
(vi) Scheduling and facilitating meetings.
(vii) Preparation of minutes of the meetings.
(viii) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
