Online applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for appointment to the following post:
1. Post Name: Senior Executive - 04 Post (On Contract basis)
2. Mode of Appointment: On Contract basis (based on the performance and the requirement of the Institute, it can be considered for regulation position).
3. Essential Qualification: 1) Any Graduate degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks, 2) Knowledge of Computer applications.
4. Essential Experience: Two (2) years relevant work experience.
5. Desirable: 1) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management. 2) Experience in handling administration / legal / financial / establishment matters.
6. Preference: Preference will be given to applicants having experience in establishment, administration and government-related matters and a flair for serving educational Institutions.
7. Contract Term: On contract for a period of three years which can further be extended subject to performance evaluation and requirement of the institute.
8. Job Description:
The Senior Executive will take care of the HR related tasks in the Institute. He / She will be responsible for close coordination with In-charge Human Resources, Department and other members of the Department. He / She will take care of all the Human Resources related issues of the institute. He / She should have good liaison with government officials.
9. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of CCS Rules, HR functions and technology; very high on integrity; a passion for creating a high performing organization with a strong commitment to service and accountability
10. Note:- The Candidate selected for the appointment can be transferred/ side stepped to any other appointment as part of job rotation.
11. Salary: Consolidated Salary will be paid commensurate with experience and present salary within the limits of Level 4 as per 7th CPC.
Age Limit:
Maximum age 35 years as on the starting date for online application (Age relaxation as per GoI rules).
