Designation - Junior Technical Assistant - Computer Science and Engineering

Number of Job Vacancies - 1

Essential Qualification:

B. Tech./B.E. or B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ or equivalent field with 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institute. OR
Three years Diploma in Engineering / Applied Science or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Information Technology or equivalent (after 10+2) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/ Institute with at least 01 year experience in IT administration.

Desirable:

Experience in IT administration, maintenance of computers, and basic networking.
Lab maintenance
Knowledge of Logistics and Event Management
Multimedia Content Design

Age Limit

27 Years

Basic Pay (as per 7th CPC)

Rs. 21,700

General Instructions for Applicants

The applicant applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the post applied for. He/she must be fulfilling eligibility criteria as on the closing date of application(s) failing which their application will be rejected. The Institute will retain online applications data for not-shortlisted/not-selected candidates only for three months after completion of recruitment process of the said post.
Besides pay in concerned pay level, each post carries allowances according to the Institute rules (at present at par with Central Government employees).
Applicants are advised to ensure, before applying, that they possess at least the minimum essential qualification and experience laid down against each post. If any candidate selected/appointed inadvertently without having essential qualification and experience prescribed for the post, his/her services shall liable to be terminated immediately without any prior notice/compensation.
Age, qualification and experience will be calculated on the closing date of online submission of applications. Relaxation in age to SC, ST, OBC, PwD & Ex-Serviceman would be admissible as per Central Government Rules for the category post(s) only
The Institute reserves the right to relax age, qualifications and/ or experience in exceptional situation / cases, or in case of persons already holding analogous positions (in the Pay Level of advertised posts) in a university, research institute, industry, etc
