Applications are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following temporary position in the sponsored research project at this Institute. The position is purely temporary, initially for a period of 01 Year, and extendable but co-terminus with the duration of the project, on contractual basis with consolidated pay. The requisite qualification, experience and others details are given below:
1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
2. Project Title: Spectral Methods for derivative dependent integral equations and integro-differential equations
3. Duration of Initial Appointment: 01 year
4. Consolidate Pay: Rs.31,000/-
5. Essential Qualification: a) M.Sc. in Mathematics or an equivalent degree in Mathematics from recognized University/Institute with NET/GATE/NBHM.
6. Brief description of Project: The main objective of this project is to use spectral method to find approximate solutions of derivative dependent integral equations and integro-differential equations and find the order of convergence of the approximate solutions
7. Job Description: In the proposed work candidate is expected to find approximate solutions of derivative dependent integral equations and integro-differential equations and find the order of convergence of the solutions. Also the candidate is expected to give numerical examples to illustrate the theoretical results.
8. Duration of the project: 03 Years
