Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) invites application for the position Deputy Project Manager

Salary Range in Rs.: 19200-1600-48000
Nature of work: The work is administrative in nature and full time. The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of appointment is initially for one year, which is further extendable upon satisfactory performance or till the end of Project whichever is earlier.
Minimum Qualifications: Post graduate (MBA/ MCAI M.Com. I M.Sc./ MA)I + 5 years of relevant experience or Graduate (B.Sc./ BA/ B. Com I BBAI BCA/ LLBIPGD) + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.
Desirable attributes:
a) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (such as excel, word, power point, access etc.)
b) Have good oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
c) Be able to work in team and manage a team.
d) Three years working experience in office handling in a reputed institute.
e) The candidates should have experience for handling various accounts, maintaining stock register, ledgers, academic and project related files etc.
f) Have good oral and written communication skills.
Job Profile:
a) To communicate with the student's staff and faculty members.
b) To liaise with the different departments in IITK.
c) Other miscellaneous task assigned time to time from HOD.
d) Full involvement in office related work.
