Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed client assessments to determine eligibility for immigration programs.
Provide advice on immigration options, regulations, and supporting documentation required.
Prepare and review client applications and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies to facilitate immigration processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on changes in immigration laws and policies.
Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa application process.
Assist clients in preparations for interviews and appeals, if necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of immigration laws and processes.
Previous experience in immigration consultation or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
