We are seeking experienced, motivated and adaptable Canada Education & Immigration counsellor.

Job description:

Our counsellor is expected to carry out following responsibilities.

• Responsible for providing very detailed and accurate counselling for Canada immigration and Canada education to all our potential clients
• Providing most appropriate solution to our clients after examining their education results, English proficiency, family circumstances, interest and financial capabilities.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, visa regulations & policies.
• Liaising on regular basis with students, parents, Canadian Universities / colleges
• Seeking out potential clients by giving presentations on our services.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and providing outstanding services
• Responsible for entire student admission and enrolment process right from initial counselling till they obtain the visas and successfully enrol at University / College.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2- 4 years relevant experience in Canadian international education and immigration.
• Bachelor’s degree completion or higher.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Excellent proficiency in English language and one local language.
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
• Highly sales driven
• Proficient user of Microsoft Exchange, word, excel and other customer relationship management systems.
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
• Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
