Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Provide information and advice to clients regarding immigration procedures, visa options, eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines.
Application Assistance: Help clients with filling out visa and immigration application forms, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
Document Verification: Assist clients in verifying documents required for the immigration process, such as passports, educational certificates, work experience letters, etc.
Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Follow-Up: Track the status of clients’ applications and keep them informed about the progress and any additional steps required.
Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies, visa types, and documentation requirements for various countries.
Case Management: Assist senior counselors in managing client cases and maintaining proper documentation and records.
Guidance: Provide pre-immigration counseling and post-arrival support to clients.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Law, International Relations, or related fields).
- Relevant certifications or courses related to immigration services (optional but preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes and visa types (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office
