Job Description

Assist immigrant applicants in gathering and organizing necessary evidence and paperwork for visa applications.
Engage in legal research on immigration issues, laws, and regulations.
Provide immigration advice and discuss the prospects of successful visa applications.
Regularly update knowledge on immigration regulations and laws in different countries.

Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.
Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.
Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
Managing the update of visa records in the system.
Making sure clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.

Ensure accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas.
Advise and guide applicants through the visa application process.
Keep up to date with current visa rules and regulations.
Organize and manage documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Prior experience in visa services.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
Good problem-solving capabilities.
