Job Description

Responsibilities :

To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws and policies
Meet the assigned targets given
Responding to client queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa needs
Regular follow-ups with the leads and clients via calls and emails
Assist and guide clients through the immigration process and documentation.
Educate individuals on their rights and responsibilities, including what documents or information they need to provide.
Assist immigrant applicants in gathering and organizing necessary evidence and paperwork for visa applications.
Represent and support immigrants with legal proceedings before courts or tribunals, immigration and customs officials, or other authorities.
Engage in legal research on immigration issues, laws, and regulations.
Provide immigration advice and discuss the prospects of successful visa applications.
Regularly update knowledge on immigration regulations and laws in different countries.
