Job Description:
- Consult with clients regarding their Canadian immigration;
- Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner;
- Take part in the company's internal training and knowledge-sharing programs;
- Play a key role in the Company's information seminars;
- Travel to the Company's Vancouver office in Canada, should the need arises.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written);
- Consulting skills, client handling skills;
- Decent knowledge of MS Office;
- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
