We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused professionals for the role of Immigration Sales Consultant / Student Counselor. The ideal candidate will guide aspiring students and immigrants through the process of applying for higher education abroad or immigration visas, while also achieving sales targets related to consultation services.
This hybrid role combines counseling, advisory, and sales elements — requiring strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of international education/immigration systems, and a proactive approach to client engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling (Education Abroad)

Provide detailed information to students and parents about overseas education opportunities in countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Guide students through the selection of universities, courses, and application processes based on their academic background, goals, and budget.

Support students with documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation (LORs), application forms, and admission requirements.

Explain tuition fees, scholarship options, living costs, and visa procedures clearly and accurately.
2. Immigration Consultation (PR / Work Visa / Tourist Visa)

Offer consultation services for various visa categories, including Permanent Residency (PR), Work Permits, and Visitor Visas for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, and Schengen countries.

Evaluate client eligibility using immigration checklists, point calculators, and country-specific criteria.

Provide assistance in document preparation, profile creation, visa application filing, and interview readiness.

Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and changes in embassy guidelines.
3. Sales and Target Achievement

Convert walk-in or online inquiries into enrolled clients by effectively presenting service offerings.

Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for admissions and visa processing services.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and documentation using CRM software.

Provide ongoing support to clients from inquiry to visa approval, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and referrals.

Address client queries, complaints, or objections professionally and promptly.
5. Marketing and Outreach Support

Assist the marketing team in organizing webinars, seminars, and educational fairs.

Represent the company at events, college campuses, and tie-up meetings.
