Implementation Engineer
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Leonardo Da Vinci The role of the Implementation Engineer is to educate customers on product adoption and help customers achieve ROI through product usage.

What is expected from you:

● Own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

● Be the customer’s first point of contact. You are their advocate and champion and work directly with our product team to help improve the product

● You will help customers maximize the value of the product with absolute knowledge of the product

● High levels of quality customer engagement ensure they reach success as soon as possible

● A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers

● Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales team

● Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide

● Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success

● Help monitor customer health through available metrics and assessment and carry out follow-up actions as necessary

What we are looking for: ● 0-1 year of knowledge/experience in testing required.

● Excellent communication skills & demonstrated interpersonal skills

● Meticulous, multi-tasker & works with a calm and level headed manner

● Working knowledge of CRM tools

● Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

● Ensure timely reporting of activities and results

Is a plus if:

● Proven expertise in a similar role

● The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment & handle multiple projects. If you have the vehicle to go and meet the clients' place, Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
