About SkoolBeepSkoolBeep is a fast-growing edtech company dedicated to transforming school education through innovative digital solutions. Our products help schools streamline operations, enhance classroom learning, and improve student outcomes.

We are looking for an Customer Success Executive - Male (Freshers can apply) to join our team. This role involves traveling to schools across Karnataka, ensuring smooth product implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, and training educators on how to use our solutions effectively. If you are tech-savvy, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills, wed love to hear from you!

What Were Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Executive who can bridge the gap between post-sales, technical product implementation and customer success.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Clients and End customers to:
  • Perform post-sales activities by understanding customer needs and delivering product demos
  • Implement and configure SkoolBeep solutions
  • Drive product adoption and customer success
  • Build strong customer relationships while ensuring measurable business value
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical problem-solving skills with strong customer-facing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
  • Understand customer business processes and technical environments
  • Execute Proof of Value (PoVs) for customers and help demonstrate all the features and functionalities of the product successfully.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Present tailored solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Engage with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership where required.

2. Product Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SkoolBeep solutions for enterprise customers and partners
  • Configure and customize the platform based on client requirements
  • Support deployment, onboarding, and technical setup
  • Ensure smooth implementation and successful go-live

3. Product Support & Technical Troubleshooting
  • Provide hands-on technical support for product-related issues
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve platform performance issues
  • Monitor product health and proactively address concerns
  • Work closely with concern teams for escalations and resolution

4. Customer Success
  • Build strong relationships with Client & End Customer
  • Develop and execute customer adoption plans
  • Drive platform usage and maximize customer value realization
  • Track customer success metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success

Required
  • Any Degree/ Diploma
  • 0-5 years of experience in technical product implementation, customer success, technical support roles (FRESHER'S CAN APPLY)
  • Language Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) & English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, organized, and execution-focused mindset
