Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur, Chennai. The Import and Export Executive will manage export operations, coordinate international shipments, handle documentation, support lead generation, and contribute to daily marketing and logistics activities.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur, Chennai. The Import and Export Executive will manage export operations, coordinate international shipments, handle documentation, support lead generation, and contribute to daily marketing and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete export process, including documentation, compliance, logistics.
- Build and maintain a database of international buyers and market leads.
- Conduct lead generation and bulk emailing through various platforms.
- Coordinate with domestic suppliers and service providers for sourcing and cost analysis.
- Perform cost working for export pricing and profitability assessments.
- Prepare accurate export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Conduct quality inspections before shipment to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with CHA agents for container stuffing and timely dispatch based on customer ETA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Shipping, logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Experience in export operations, logistics(preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of export procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed.
