Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) Engineer to support the deployment, integration, operations, and optimization of IMS Core networks. The candidate should have hands-on experience with IMS architecture, VoLTE/VoWiFi services, troubleshooting, and telecom protocols in a multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IMS Core network operations, maintenance, and support.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot IMS network elements.
Monitor IMS network performance and ensure high availability.
Support VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS-based voice services.
Perform fault analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
Handle alarms, incidents, and trouble tickets within SLA.
Work on software upgrades, patch implementation, and configuration changes.
Perform KPI monitoring and network optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Core, RAN, Transmission, and Operations.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation reports.
Support customer acceptance testing (CAT/UAT) and network rollout activities.
