Inbound Sales Associate (UK Process)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a driven and target-oriented Inbound Sales Executive to join our UK Call Process team. As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will handle incoming calls from prospective customers in the UK, providing expert guidance, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales:
1) Answer incoming calls from potential customers in the UK.
2) Understand customer needs, promote our products/services, and convert inquiries into sales.

Product Knowledge:
1) Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits.
2) Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Sales Conversion:
1) Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
2) Handle objections with professionalism and persuasive skills.

Customer Relationship Management:
1) Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and rapport-building.
2) Address customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
1) Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services.
2) Maximize revenue generation through strategic sales approaches.

Adherence to Processes:
1) Follow established sales processes and ensure accurate documentation of customer information in the CRM system.
2) Provide feedback on process improvements.

Quality Assurance:
1) Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
2) Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold service excellence.

Team Collaboration:
1) Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
2) Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:
1) Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably within the UK market.
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
4) Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5) Ability to adapt to customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:
1) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2) Previous experience in a similar inbound sales role.
3) Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.

Experience:

total work: 1 -3 years in the same field (Preferred)

Working Hours:
1) 5 working days a week.
2) Flexible working hours to accommodate the UK time zone.
3) Total Working Hours (9 Hours)
