Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) invites application for the position Act Apprentice
Qualification in Details:
Sub:- Engagement of Act Apprentices Under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) forth year 2021-22.

3. Minimum Educational Qualification & Training Period
i. The candidates willing to undergo training Inder the Apprentices' Act, 1961, in this Factory, must have passed 10th class exam or its equivalent with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks, from recognized Boards, on the date of issue of Notification and also possess National Trade Certificate (NTN) in the designated trade in which this administration is imparting training, issued National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
ii. The training in the designated trades of Fitter, Machinist Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Turner, Electrician and Electronic Mechanic ill be for a period of one year. Whereas the period of training for COE Group, is for a period of six months. Training will be arranged in a cordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council
4. Rate of Stipend :
During their period of apprenticeship training in this Factory, the candidates undergoing training in the trades of Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic will be paid a stipend Rs.12,261/- per month, while for CNC Programming-cum-Operator, a stipend, will be paid and as per extant rules amended from time to time.
Age Limit:
Candidate should have completed 15 years s of age and should not have completed 24 years as on 13.09.2021
Selection Procedure
The selection of candidates will be made on ne basis of merit list prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in 10th Std/Matriculation or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. the purpose of calculation of percentage of marks obtained in 10th Std/ or its equivalent marks obtained by the candidates in all the subjects as indicated in le said marks sheet, will be reckoned and not on the basis of marks of any subject of subjects.
