This role involves time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve the overall performance of the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct time and motion studies
Develop and analyze methods
Monitor low-performing operators
Track non-productive time
Monitor hourly production
Assist in production planning and scheduling, ensuring targets are met.
Perform cost calculations
Six Sigma techniques.
