- Job Title: INFORMATION RETRIEVAL OFFICER - IRO
- Qualification: Any degree (with or without arrears)
- Assisting the callers
- Provide Information to the callers

- Basic typing skills
- Good listing skills
- Knowledge about products & services with spelling
- Exceptional language fluency (English & Regional)
- Passion towards speaking & assisting callers.
