About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first contact point for receiving and handling requests IT/Dev/pipeline
2. Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate
3. Assist with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
4. Act systematically during the change to respond to day-to-day operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to (SLA) and information security requirements
5. Systematically interpret user problems and identify solutions and possible side effects
