Information Technology (Pre-Sales) Jobs Opening in New Era Technologies at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help the sales team qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the product's ideal for customer pain points
2. Call upon their strategic thinking skills to craft successful sales pitches for their sales team
3. Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
4. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
5. Work with product management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
6. Build productive relationships internally and externally and foster teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
7. Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
8. Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to the company
9. Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs
10. Interface with the implementation/project team and articulate customer requirements to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery
