Requirements
- Strong expertise in any one programming language like Python, Golang, Ruby on Rails
- Strong experience in one database system like Postgresql, Solr, MongoDB, Redis
- Experience working with AWS products like EC2, S3, Dynamodb
- Experience in handling high-traffic web services and solving scaling issues
- Experience in practices like Agile, peer reviews, continuous integration, continuous delivery
- Ability to excel individually as well as work in a cross-functional team
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - both written as well as oral
- Debugging race conditions and working on data migration
- Designing architecture for a pipeline and solving scale issues for a production service,
- Researching and staying updates on latest datastores
- Ideating to re-architect existing product for scale
- Minimum 3 years of experience building SaaS products on the cloud
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work with different teams and function
- Excellent attention to detail
