Job Description

Sales is both an Art and a Science. We are seeking an Inside SaaS Sales specialist who will be part of the Sales team responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our product. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new SmB business as well as establish new prospects.

This job involves no travelling or field sales. Purely desk based selling.

Note : This is not a BPO role. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are preferred and welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Converting Warm Leads and Signups to paying customers.
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects using Product Demo, email and marketing collateral
  • Prospecting, qualifying and selling to target audience.
  • Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads

Required Skills/Experience :


  • 6months-1 years previous experience as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or Pre-Sales at a B2B Software Company are best fit. Freshers seeking to make a career in Sales are welcome to apply.
  • A strong comfort level with presenting products via video conferencing to global clients.
  • Preference to individuals with background in Technology (IT/Software/CS)
  • Ability to experiment with Craft effective email sequencing of outbound leads using a CRM system such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Has experiences in the full life cycle of sales: prospecting, selling, and closing.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects, end-users, and partners.
  • Engage with cross-functional resources including, development, R&D, senior leadership, marketing, and others to drive business
