Fair Pack Machineries (Chennai) manufactures packaging machines and is hiring an Inside Sales & CRM Executive.
Role:- Own the CRM and handle all incoming sales inquiries- Talk to clients, qualify the requirement, and route it to the right area sales manager- For regions with no sales manager, follow up on the quotation and close the order- Keep the pipeline updated so no inquiry or quotation goes cold
Requirements:- 2 to 5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, sales coordination or CRM work (B2B or industrial preferred)- Good on phone, email and WhatsApp; organised and persistent- Comfortable with a CRM and Excel- Fluent in Tamil and English (Telugu and Hindi a plus)
Location: Chennai, on-site.
