Looking for Fresher/Experienced candidates for Inside Sales Executive for WePrint PhotoBooks.
Relationship Manager required to interact with customers for the most part of the day and so good communication and presentation skills are essential for the job. The job also requires thorough product knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies that employers look for are
•Nurturing an on-going relationship with the Existence clients and ensuring repeat business from a set of Key Accounts in the given region
•Generating Leads via Social Media
•Build strong communication at all the level of the client’s organization
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Analysing and documenting the customer’s needs/requests/complaints
•Co-ordinating with on-field Sales Executives/Sales Supervisor/ any other internal team to help them better manage the joint key account
