Min. 6 months of experience with any international BPO/KPO
Applicant should be excellent in English communication
Should be able to analyze the customer and deliver the service
Should be able to join on immediate note if selected
Specifically required candidate worked in telecom process B2B and B2C
Experienced in working with UK sales process
Handling calls
Floor ethics
Completing monthly targets
Minimum HSC pass(Should have passing certificate)
Minimum 6 moths of relevant experience desired
Should be able to speak in English language
Very strong verbal communication skills with good convincing power
6 days working
Shift timing- 1:30pm to 9:30pm
