Job Description
· Any stream Diploma/UG/Graduation 10+2, 10+3, 10+2+3 with minimum 6 months of work experience in “Domestic Voice Process”.
· Fresher's can also apply with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
· Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers.
· 6 Days a week [Rotational Week Off]
· Fast learners with a passion for customer service.
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
