Inside Sales Executive JD

• In this Sales and Business Development role, you will play a key role in developing our client base, by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
•  You will be involved in the entire sales and account management cycle of a customer, right from handling the enquiry, online product demonstrations (Demos), on-boarding of new clients, relationship management and up-selling. 
  

• Develop corporate client base. Generating leads, data mining and gathering market intelligence for our Talent Management suite of services.
  

Responsibilities:

• Making telephone calls to corporates and generate leads thereof on a daily basis
  
• Maintain daily call records
  
• Strong listening and presentation skills
  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  
• Experience working on a CRM application like salesforce.com etc.
  
• ConstantIy identifying new companies to explore opportunities for our services through various mediums viz. internet, newspapers, periodicals etc.
  
• Ensure that a healthy suspect and prospect base is always maintained
  
• Ability to give effective product demo online
  
• Email communication with the customer’s contacted for sending out intro mails, product notes, proposal etc.
  
• Ability to close deals on the phone

• Highly target oriented and self motivated. 
  
• Should have the ability to strike a conversation, build and maintain relationship with clients over the phone.
