Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate and qualify leads over the phone (e.g., cold calling, prospecting, and direct sales).
- Must have excellent phone skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
- Presentation skills required.
- FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops sales opportunities (Prospecting) by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; and building rapport with customers.
- Provide technical information and explanations to all parties
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by Manager.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Personally managing opportunities generated by telephone, web and e-mail inquiries and close sales.
- Qualifying inquiries to chemistry compatibility and business potential; while facilitating a warm hand off to partner, Application Engineer, Customer Support or Territory Sales Manager.
