Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to handle outbound calls and assist customers with banking and loan solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make 200–250 outbound calls daily.

• Explain personal loan and banking products to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain customer details and call records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or above.

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and making calls.

• Age: 18–30 years.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Location: Bengaluru multiple loactions + WFH

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

• Role: Target-based Inside Sales / Telecalling
