Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 months to 3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Showcase products and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter/display area.
- Manage billing and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock levels and report any shortages to the store manager.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in counter sales or retail sales (preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills and enthusiasm to work in sales are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing, handling POS (Point of Sale) machines is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, if required.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Salary:
- As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.
