Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Working Days & 1 Rotational Week Off
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing sales team at Frontlines EduTech Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our EdTech programs, and converting leads into enrollments. Candidates who can work under pressure and handle high call volumes will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients to support business growth.
Conduct 150+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.
Present and explain EdTech products and services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals.
Freshers with a career gap are also eligible.
Experience in Telesales, EdTech, IndiaMART Sales, BPO, or similar sales roles preferred.
Fluency in Telugu communication is mandatory.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
