Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of building relationships over the phone and email, and have a proactive approach to engaging potential clients. The role involves identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into sales—all while working from within the office, with minimal fieldwork.
This position is a crucial part of our sales strategy, designed to boost revenue, build a strong customer pipeline, and support the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new leads through online research, social media, databases, and inbound inquiries.

Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms (LinkedIn).

Maintain a high level of daily outreach to generate quality leads for the sales pipeline.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Building

Initiate first contact, understand client needs, and explain product or service offerings clearly.

Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely follow-through on all interactions.
3. Sales Pitching & Product Demonstrations

Conduct telephonic or virtual meetings to present product features, benefits, and pricing.

Customize sales pitches based on the client’s business type, industry, and pain points.

Assist in preparing and sending business proposals, quotations, and agreements.
4. Pipeline & CRM Management

Record all client interactions, opportunities, and activities using CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Keep records updated and track conversion rates, lost opportunities, and pending actions.

Share weekly/monthly sales reports with the manager for review.
5. Sales Closure & Handover

Work with the sales manager or senior executives to convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Coordinate with support or onboarding teams for successful client handovers post-sale.

Negotiate with clients, handle objections, and resolve concerns before closing.
6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve client messaging and address feedback.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming initiatives for sales strategy improvement.
Key Skills and Competencies
Sales & Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (local language proficiency is a plus).

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Confident in handling customer objections and negotiations.
Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of digital tools like email automation, Google Workspace, etc.

Comfortable with virtual sales tools – Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
