1. Online Tendering on GeM, Central and State e‐Procurements and other Private Portals.
2. Vendor Relationship, Tender and contract development, Bid Documentation, Online/ Offline submission etc.
3. Pre-bid meetings, Amendments, Tender opening etc.
4. Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewals.
5. Preparing, Maintaining and submitting of Technical and Commercial bids.
6. Tender Annexures and documentation.
7. Regular email communication with customers related to tendering process.
8. Maintaining tender status and follow-ups
9. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
10. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
