Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals and targets
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers to increase revenue
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
