Position: Inside Sales Manager
Who are we looking for?
This role would be responsible for converting the leads and generate revenue through B2C sales for our International Business Groups.
He/she would manage and drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
What should you do?
- New Customer Acquisition
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
- Service offering improvement and continuous quality assessment.
- Operations and Reporting Service delivery planning and execution.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.
Who Can Apply for this Job?
Any Graduate with minimum of 6 months’ of Sales experience can only apply
