Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
· Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our courses.
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
· Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
· To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
· Service offering improvement and continuous quality assessment.
· Service delivery planning and execution
· Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies
Skills Required:
· Graduates/MBA preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
· Hands on experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, Word, PPT, and Excel
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
