About the internship
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be in charge of making calls to potential customers in order to onboard them on our platform, as well as managing inbound inquiries.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be First point of contact for all inbound queries and is responsible for quality lead generation from these queries
2. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
3. Ensure call, email, WhatsApp, and all external communication etiquettes and templates are followed and adhered to
4. Learn details about our product and service offerings
5. Address any questions or issues customers may have
6. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
7. Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
8. Direct prospects and leads to the demand and supply team
9. Keep an updated customer database
10. Track and document calls
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Pursuing/Completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Proven experience as telesales/Inside Sales representative handling both inbound and outbound calls
3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
4. Experience in working with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
5. Experience with Cloud Telephony tools
6. Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages will be a plus
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
