Job Summary/Role definition:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships and promoting our Language and Multimedia services. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to potential clients through telephone calls and other communication channels to understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions.

Qualifications:
- A degree/bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is a bonus.
- Knowledge of the Language and Multimedia industry is a bonus.
