Responding to complaints from customers and providing after sales-support. Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and online research.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
2. Sales Support & Coordination:
- Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and customer contracts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.
3. CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Track sales progress and provide reports on key sales metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer and sales data.
4. Follow-ups & Customer Engagement:
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product/service delivery.
