Designation: Instructional Designer
Reporting to: Manager-Instructional Design
Experience: Fresher (having completed ID course) to one year
Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for creating Instructional Design documents for e-learning modules using the subject matter content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with SMEs to identify the participants’ learning needs.
- Research, analyze, design, develop and customize instructional materials for various training and e-learning interventions .
- Create storyboards for different levels of e-learning modules.
- Design assessment tools (tests, quizzes, games and other tools) for various e-learning modules.
- Visualize content and coordinate with Graphic Designers in the development of graphics, animations etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
