We are looking for an instructional designer who is an ideas-driven & tech-savvy enthusiast,  comes from a teaching or training background, and is passionate about making learning an  invigorating and empowering experience.  

We are looking for a professional, who can wear multiple hats – playing the role of facilitator,  innovator, researcher & developer. 

The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective  and appealing manner. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances  retention and transfer 
• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them 
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional  design 
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of  the course
• Analyse existing instructional material of the company
• Maintain project documentation and course folders 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Previous working experience in instructional design for 4 years 
• Should have a firm grasp of how people learn 
• Excellent web design, writing, communication and collaboration skills • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models • Lesson and curriculum planning skills 
• Basic programming knowledge 
• Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, other LMS platforms) 
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts • Degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field
