Job Description
Candidate must be above 18 years of age.
Have proper academic qualification with them at the time of joining.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients’ insurance needs through detailed discussions.

Provide expert advice on various insurance products such as life, health, motor, and general insurance.

Present and explain policy terms, benefits, premiums, and claims procedures clearly.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing activities.

Assist clients with the insurance application and documentation process.

Follow up with clients for renewals, claims support, and policy updates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Prior experience in insurance sales or advisory roles is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.

Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance is a plus.

Valid insurance license or certification (if applicable).
