Job Description

Looking for retired persons, housewives, businessmen, businesswoman, legal advisors, Tax consultants, for insurance advisors who can give advise and aware people about the need of insurance in their life and what changes can it do to their life.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Understand client risks and liabilities to recommend the best coverage options.
Analyze customer requirements to suggest tailored policies for health, life, property, auto, or business insurance.

Sales and Policy Recommendations:

Present insurance products from multiple providers that suit the client’s budget and needs.
Provide clear and detailed explanations of policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and premiums.
Suggest additional insurance coverage or bundles based on client profiles.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and follow-up.
Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure that their insurance coverage remains up-to-date with their changing needs.
Conduct annual policy reviews with clients to adjust coverage based on changes in circumstances (e.g., buying a home, starting a business).

Insurance Policy Administration:

Assist clients with the completion of insurance applications and ensure that all required documents are submitted accurately.
Process policy renewals, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
Track policy expiration dates and proactively reach out to clients for renewals.

Claims Support:

Advise clients on the claims process and assist in the preparation and submission of claims.
Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers to ensure claims are processed quickly.
Monitor the progress of claims and update clients on their status.

Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:

Ensure that all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in insurance laws, policies, and industry best practices to ensure clients are properly informed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims in compliance with data protection laws.

Market Research and Product Knowledge:

Continuously research the latest insurance products and market trends to offer the best advice.
Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance products offered by the company and other providers.
Be knowledgeable about competitor offerings to provide clients with comparative insights.

Sales Targets and Performance:

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
Leverage networking opportunities, referrals, and marketing materials to generate business.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries, complaints, and general customer service tasks professionally.
Resolve any issues related to policies, claims, or service delays in a timely manner.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain and update client records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies and other stakeholders for policy details and claims management.
