Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable insurance products, and providing excellent after-sales service. Your goal is to help clients make informed decisions to protect their life, health, assets, and future.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, social media, and local networking.

Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.

Educate clients about different types of insurance policies such as life, health, vehicle, home, or business insurance.
2. Needs Assessment and Policy Recommendation:

Conduct in-depth assessments to understand a client’s financial situation, risk appetite, and future goals.

Recommend suitable insurance plans that meet the client’s coverage needs and budget.

Provide clear and honest advice about benefits, premiums, exclusions, and claim processes.
3. Sales and Enrollment:

Explain policy terms and conditions, features, and documentation requirements.

Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy in form-filling and documentation.

Ensure that clients understand the policy before purchase and answer all related queries.
4. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Provide regular follow-ups to ensure policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Offer support during claims processes, premium payments, or changes to policies.
5. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all client interactions comply with company and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, policies sold, and commissions earned.

Handle confidential customer information with integrity and security.
6. Market Awareness and Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest insurance products, services, pricing, and industry trends.

Understand competitor offerings to effectively position your insurance products.

Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, or webinars conducted by the insurance company.
