Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for insurance products

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly

Generate leads and close insurance sales

Assist clients with policy documentation and onboarding

Provide post-sales service, renewals, and claims support

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales and customer relationship management abilities

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products
