Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.

Build a client base using multiple sources such as personal contacts, online platforms, seminars, and social events.

Educate leads about the importance of insurance and financial protection.
2. Client Needs Assessment:

Meet with clients to understand their life situation, financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.

Conduct financial planning discussions to determine appropriate coverage.

Recommend customized insurance solutions including life, health, motor, property, or investment-linked policies.
3. Product Presentation & Sales:
-
Explain insurance products clearly, covering features, benefits, premium structures, policy terms, and claims process.

Use illustrations and product comparisons to help clients make informed decisions.

Prepare and present quotations based on client requirements and risk assessment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
4. Policy Servicing & Relationship Management:

Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and medical requirements.

Track application progress and keep clients updated until issuance.

Provide after-sales support including premium reminders, renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance.

Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Compliance & Training:

Follow all regulatory and company guidelines regarding ethical selling, transparency, and documentation.

Attend regular training sessions on product updates, market trends, compliance norms, and sales techniques.

Ensure all paperwork, KYC documents, and customer records are accurate and complete.
