Candidate with min 6 months of experience in sales is required, Candidate should be fluent in English, HSC + Experience candidates can apply & Graduate + Fresher can also apply, Apart from Hindi & English - Candidate with Tamil, Telegu & Kannada dialect are required.

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves selling insurance policies, advising clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach potential clients for insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life, health, motor, or general insurance policies.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Assist clients in understanding policy details, benefits, and terms & conditions.
Provide post-sales support, handle renewals, and address client concerns.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and competitor strategies.
Educate customers about different policy options and financial planning benefits.

4. Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all policy applications and documents are completed accurately.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
